Hey!

         Welcome to the STEMinist, a safe space for everyone! 

      Let me tell you about my self. I am currently a freshman at American University located in Washington D.C studying Computer Science and hopefully minoring in entrepreneurship and sociology. I plan to help fuse my love for tech with our ever-changing political climate and the challenges around us. I am also a National Center for Women & Information Technology Aspirations in Computing national finalist.  A little disclaimer,  this is more than just your average WIT (Women in Tech) blog,  here you will find art, current event topics, interviews and help for people that need help with that line of code. 

Mission 

Our focus is to start a conversation for marginalized groups in regards to the media, business, politics, and STEM. We hope to cultivate an enriched environment for all women in STEM.
